A specialized program to empower the youth of Pakistan through advanced agricultural training, modern technology, and research opportunities in China.

About The Program

The Prime Minister’s Capacity Building for Agriculture Graduates (China) is a flagship initiative designed to uplift the agricultural sector of Pakistan. Executed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and proudly hosted by Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam.

This transformative program aims to bridge the gap between traditional farming and modern, technology-driven agricultural practices by providing students exposure to world-class research facilities in China.

Aquaculture especially shrimp production and processing
Crop breeding and genomics [cotton, hybrid rice, vegetables, pulses, wheat and alfalfa seeds]
Farm mechanization
Fruit and vegetable processing
High-efficiency irrigation systems

Extension in Date for Uploading Documents on Portal

Dear Candidate(s),
Considering the technical issues being faced in uploading documents and filling the required fields on the designated portal, as well as requests from several candidates for additional time to arrange certain documents, the deadline for uploading the soft copies of documents has been extended until Monday, 9 March 2026, by 7:00 PM.
You are advised to complete the uploading process within the extended deadline. No further extension will be granted, in order to ensure the timely completion and submission of documents to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Saturday, 7 March 2026: All Female Trainees and Male Trainees whose names begin with letters A to J
• Sunday, 8 March 2026: Male Trainees whose names begin with letters K to Z
You are kindly requested to ensure the timely submission and verification of your documents as per the above schedule.

Dear Male Trainees,
All male trainees accommodated at the Sindh Sports Board Hostel, Hyderabad, are advised to coordinate with Mr. Hera Lal, Manager, Sindh Sports Board Hostel, at 0334-2818781 regarding their accommodation arrangements.
Trainees staying at the Sindh Sports Board Hostel tonight are informed that the bus will depart tomorrow at 9:00 AM sharp for Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam. You are advised to ensure your timely availability. Trainees arriving late will be required to make their own arrangements to reach the University.

Important Instructions for Trainees

Dear Candidate(s),

Please carefully note the following instructions regarding the Two-Week Crash Capacity Building Program at Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam:

1. Reporting & Accommodation:

• Male trainees will be accommodated at Sindh Sports Board Hostel, Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad, on a shared basis.
• Female trainees will be accommodated at the University Rest House, on a shared basis.
• Trainees residing in nearby areas of Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam or Hyderabad are required to reach at A. M. Sheikh Auditorium, SAU Tandojam, with their luggage, on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, before 10:00 AM.
• Trainees travelling from distant areas may report directly to their respective accommodation facilities on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 (evening).
• For accommodation-related queries, please contact Mr. Anwar Hussain Khanzada, Director Sports, at 0300-9377924.

2. Registration & Inauguration

• Registration will commence on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, 10:00 AM to 12 noon, at A. M. Sheikh Auditorium.
• The registration will be followed by the Inauguration Ceremony and a Pre-Training Assessment Test covering relevant thematic areas.

3. Training Schedule

• The training will be conducted daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a break for prayers, at A. M. Sheikh Auditorium.
• The program will include lectures and interactive sessions from each thematic area.
• Attendance in all sessions is mandatory.
• On the last day of the training, a post-training assessment test will be conducted to evaluate the learning outcomes of the trainees.

4. Meals & Transportation

• The University will provide a daily meal allowance to each trainee. Trainees will arrange their meals independently. Cooks are available at each accommodation site, and trainees may coordinate with them directly for meal arrangements.
• Transportation from the accommodation facilities to the training venue will be provided by the University.

5. Required Documents

• Each trainee must bring original documents, including Academic certificates, Experience certificates, English proficiency certificates, MS Office certificates, CNIC, Domicile, PRC etc.
• Soft copies of these documents must also be uploaded on the designated portal, as and when required.

Trainees are advised to remain connected to stay updated with further instructions and announcements.

Two-Week Crash Capacity Building Program

We are pleased to inform you that the Two-Week Crash Capacity Building Program will be organized at Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam, from Wednesday, 4 March to Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
